If you are already on the website, click on "click here to find a therapist" to use your Therapy Care Card and to find a therapist.

Step 2: Enter your zip code and look up the providers in your area. You will see a list of our highly qualified providers.

Click on a provider's name to learn more about them. This will take you to their profile page/website.

Read the provider's details: Review their services, qualifications, and customer reviews to find the best fit for your needs.

Contact the provider: Use the contact information provided on their profile page to reach out and schedule an appointment.

Make sure to mention your gift card: Let the provider know you have a Therapy Care Card when booking your appointment.

Attend your appointment: Enjoy your wellness session!

Present your gift card: Show your gift card or provide the code to the provider at the time of payment.
